FASPS is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit governed by a self-selecting Board of Trustees responsible for the school's long-term success and financial health. Working closely with the Head of School (the Board's only employee), the Trustees set policies, provide strategic direction, and uphold the school's mission, vision, and values. With fiduciary responsibilities – including duties of care, loyalty, and obedience – the Board ensures sound governance, develops the school's strategic plan, and secures resources for future generations.
