Family Seeking After-School Caregiver

Loving Bothell family seeking after-school caregiver for our 10-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. Care is needed 4 days per week from 3 pm to 7 pm to start the last week in January. We are still deciding on which 4 days are needed, but are flexible. We are guaranteeing 16 hours per week! 
Care includes picking up our children from their schools. Our son would need to be picked up first at his school on Mercer Island as early as 3:15pm, but on days that he has activities he would need to be picked up at 4:30pm. Our daughter's school is in Kirkland and she can be picked up anytime from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Care also includes helping our son with his homework if needed, unpacking their lunch boxes, and preparing their lunch for the following day.

The ideal caregiver has experience caring for children, has their own vehicle, a clean driving record, a valid driver's license, CPR certified, and is willing to complete an Enhanced Background Check and Motor Vehicle Check on Sittercity (free of charge). It is a bonus if the caregiver speaks French as both children attend French schools! We are also looking for a caregiver that is comfortable with dogs as we have a mini Dachshund! As a family, we love to travel and spend extended periods of the summer in Europe, mostly France, as Mom is French! Our son enjoys coding, Minecraft, Lego, and anything that has to do with building. He also loves to listen to podcasts about science and business. Our daughter is an incredibly outgoing and energetic little girl who loves art, singing, and dancing!

We are offering $30 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Interested caregivers are encouraged to apply now!
