  • FPC Wine and Cheese Social - November 14

    Thursday, November 14, 6-8 pm Wine And Cheese Evening in the FASPS MPR with DEI and Wellbeing Leader Sabine Abadou.
     
    Garderie (childcare) will be available during the Wine Hour, from 6-8 pm on Nov. 14th.  Please sign up here, so that we can arrange for the correct number of staff.  Garderie will be free during this event and will be staffed by FASPS educational assistants.
      
    We hope to see you soon! Also, if you’re looking for a fun and easy way to volunteer, please sign up to bring cookies or other baked goods to one or more of our upcoming coffee hours. We rely on parent volunteers for refreshments at our events, and we could really use a few more signups this month and throughout the year!

  • Middle School Parent-Teacher Conferences - November 6th

    Middle School parent-teacher conferences will all take place on Wednesday, November 6. There will be no school (no instruction) on Wednesday, November 6. The Grade 8 Students will have student-led Parent Teacher Conferences.

    Tuesday, November 5 will be a regular school day for all Middle School students, with regular schedules and regular before-school and after-school activities.
     
    We strongly encourage families to make arrangements to attend this conference in person as the virtual option is not ideal for the student-led format.

  • TYPK–Grade 5 Parent-Teacher Conferences - November 5 & 6

    Your TYPK–Grade 5 student’s parent-teacher conference will be EITHER on Tuesday, November 5 or Wednesday, November 6.
     
    If your TYPK–Grade 5 student’s parent-teacher conference is on Tuesday, November 5, then your student will NOT have school on Tuesday, November 5. Your student WILL have school on Wednesday, November 6.

    Boys' Basketball and Coed Cheer Squad Registration Now Open
     
    Boys' Basketball Grades 5-8
    The season begins November 11th and runs through January 27th!
    Grade 5-8 boys are welcome to join.
    Practices are Mondays and Wednesdays after school from 4:00-5:00 pm at the SJCC gym.
    Practices are Thursdays (D1) or Fridays (D2) before school from 7:00-8:00 am at the SJCC.

    Saturday, October 5th from 10 am to 12 pm.

    Join us for a morning of down-to-earth fun! Pick pumpkins, drink hot chocolate, find your way through the corn maze, toast some marshmallows, and enjoy great company around the fire pit. Bring plenty of layers for warmth, and of course, sturdy boots that can get muddy!

  • FASPS Lifts The Ban On Peanuts

    After much discussion over the summer, FASPS has decided to lift the strict ban on peanuts, peanut products, and foods made in facilities that also process nuts. Our food allergy policy is still in full effect, and we will continue to remain diligent and aware of all children with mild to severe food allergies.   • Middle School Fall Info Night and Potluck

    The Middle School Fall Information Night and Potluck will be held on September 10 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at FASPS Mercer Campus. It's a beautiful time for parents to come together, ask questions, and learn about the educational program for the year--not to mention all of the incredible dishes parents bring in to eat!
