  • Steps to Apply for Enrollment

    Step 1: Take A Tour

    • Discover the vibrant learning environments at our Mercer Island campus and/or our new Seattle location (opening in September 2024)
    • Sign up for an in-person tour by clicking here or schedule a Teams meeting on Calendly to get a glimpse of the dynamic harmonized bilingual education your child will experience.

    Step 2: Submit An Application

    • Submit your application using our online admissions portal, Ravenna.
    • Please note that an application fee of $110 will be requested at the time of submission. This investment is the first step towards your child’s bright future with us.

Step 3: Attend a Family Interview

    • Schedule a 45-minute meeting (in-person or virtual) in Ravenna with our admissions office. If the available slots don’t suit your schedule, email Admissions@FASPS.org to arrange a convenient time.
    • The family interview is an opportunity to learn more about your family and share the unique qualities of our community. We love it when our prospective students are in attendance!

Step 4: Submit Teacher Recommendations & School Reports

    • For preschool applicants with prior schooling, please upload a teacher recommendation to your Ravenna account. A link to the teacher recommendation form is included in your Ravenna application account, and your child’s teacher can submit it directly to FASPS online.
    • For Grades 18, upload two years of report cards, and for Grades 68, include a 23 paragraph personal introduction. These documents help us understand your child’s academic journey and personal growth.

Step 5: Schedule A Student Visit (Elementary Applicants Only)

    • Let your child spend some time in a classroom and interact with our teachers and students. The class visit helps to give your child a better sense of the welcoming and dynamic atmosphere that awaits them at FASPS.
    • Following the visit, the admissions office will reach out to discuss the next steps.
